中科院紫金山天文臺研究員、博士生導師，紫臺“銀河系氣體分布與性質(zhì)研究團組”首席科學(xué)家。

2001年獲南京航空航天大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位，2004年獲中科院紫金山天文臺碩士學(xué)位，2008年獲德國海德堡大學(xué)博士學(xué)位（其間于馬普天文所進(jìn)行博士學(xué)習）。2008年至2012年，先后于馬普天文所、哈佛－史密松天體物理中心、耶魯大學(xué)進(jìn)行博士后研究。2012年入職紫臺工作至今。長(cháng)期從事星際分子云與恒星形成的觀(guān)測研究。截至2022年底，已在國際核心天文刊物上發(fā)表論文60余篇，總引用千余次。承擔和參加國家基金委、科技部和中科院多個(gè)研究項目。中國天文學(xué)會(huì )會(huì )員，國際天文聯(lián)合會(huì )會(huì )員，《天文學(xué)報》編委。
